Whip It & Sip It Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Shea Intentions (“Organizer”) and the undersigned vendor (“Vendor”) for participation in the Whip It & Sip It event.

1. Event Details

• Event Name: Whip It & Sip It
  

• Date & Time: 11/29/2025 @ 3-7pm
  

• Location: Dunns River Island Cafe
  

• Setup Time: 2pm
  

• Breakdown Time: 7pm
  

2. Vendor Fee & Inclusions

• Fee: $30 (non-refundable unless event is canceled by Organizer).
  

• Fee covers Vendor + 1 assistant, includes:
  

• Event admission for both
  

• Food for both
  

3. Promotion Requirement

Vendor agrees to promote the Whip It & Sip It event by:

• Posting on feed post and story on Instagram, Tiktok, and/ or Facebook.

• Tagging @Shea_Intentions and any additional tags provided by Organizer.
  

4. Space & Equipment

• Organizer provides one (1) vendor space with a 6’ table + 2 chairs included.
  

• Vendor is responsible for any additional equipment, signage, or display needs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  

• Electricity or special requirements must be requested and approved in advance.
  

5. Setup & Breakdown

• Vendor must be fully set up by the stated start time and may not dismantle before the event ends without Organizer’s approval.
  

• Vendor is responsible for removing all personal property and trash.
  

6. Permits & Compliance

Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required to sell or display their products or services.

7. Liability & Indemnity

Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Shea Intentions, its owners, staff, and venue from any claims, damages, or loss arising from Vendor’s participation, including but not limited to personal injury, theft, or property damage.

8. Cancellations

• If the Organizer cancels the event, all fees will be refunded in full.
  

• If Vendor cancels after payment, the fee is non-refundable.
  

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
