Policy
As the temperatures rise, please be aware that we CAN NOT control the weather, but we do EVERYTHING possible to minimize the risk of our butters melting during transit. However, we CANNOT guarantee that melting will not occur.
Important Tips:
- Prompt Removal: To reduce the chance of melting, promptly remove your package from mailboxes, front porches, or any delivery location upon arrival.
- If Melting Occurs: If your butter melts in transit, allow it to solidify naturally at room temperature. If it becomes completely liquid, let it harden at room temperature. It may become slightly firm, so for the original fluffy consistency, simply remove it from the container and mix it with an electric mixer. This can actually be quite fun! ;)
Appearance Note:
- Whipped Texture: Due to the whipped nature of our body butter, it may appear "half full" if it melts. This is due to the loss of air pockets, but rest assured, the volume remains the same.
Storage Advice:
- Keep Away from Heat: Store your body butter away from windows, inside vehicles, and direct sunlight to maintain its consistency and quality.
Shipping and Refund Policies
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends)
INVALID ADDRESS
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee the correction of addresses after your order is placed. If an email is sent by us regarding an address issue and there is no response, your order will be canceled and refunded, minus a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order. This fee covers the cost of packaging and preparing your shipment.
If an item is returned to us due to an invalid address, the order will be refunded (minus shipping costs and up to a 25% restocking fee) once the item is back in our possession. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order, as we are not liable for incorrect addresses.

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be vigilant when placing your order to ensure you select the correct items. All our products are thoroughly inspected by hand to ensure the highest quality.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Products
We are not liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen items. However, if your item is damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at SheaIntentions@gmail.com. Include extensive photos and videos of the damage so we can properly assess the situation and find a solution.
